This case is currently calendared for trial during the Court's March 18, 2024, Houston, Texas, trial session. On December 14, 2023, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record (Doc. 8), Administrative Record (Doc. 9), and Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record (Doc. 10). No certificate of service was attached to those documents demonstrating that they were served on petitioner, and petitioner does not receive electronic service.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 26, 2023, respondent shall file a certificate of service with respect to the above-described Notice of Filing of the Administrative Record (Doc. 8), Administrative Record (Doc. 9), and Certificate as to the Genuineness of the Administrative Record (Doc. 10). Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile these documents.
