Judgment and order reversed, with costs, and complaint dismissed, upon the ground that the evidence does not establish negligence on the part of the defendants, or that plaintiff was free from contributory negligence. Jenks, P.J., Burr, Carr, Rich and Putnam, JJ., concurred.
