District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 12, 1995
654 So. 2d 1204 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1995)

Opinion

No. 93-3440.

April 25, 1995. Rehearing Denied June 12, 1995.

An appeal from a workers' compensation order. Judith S. Nelson, Judge of Compensation Claims.

Edward W. Levine of Arrick Levine, P.A., Miami, for appellant.

Helene H. Morris of Miller, Kagan, Rodriguez and Silver, P.A., West Palm Beach, for appellees.

We construe the order under review as not adjudicating any issue relating to a June 26, 1992, accident and as denying the claim for orthopedic care. So construed, we affirm the order denying the claim for benefits relating to Claimant's August 9, 1991, industrial injury.

ZEHMER, C.J., BARFIELD, J., and SHIVERS, Senior Judge, concur.
