Per Curiam:

Ms. Carla Keough appeals a Bates County Circuit Court Probate Division's denial of her motion to set aside a judgment of incapacity and disability that Ms. Keough filed as personal representative of the incapacitated person's estate following his death. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
