These documents are not properly marked and they need to be individually marked and presented to the Court in an orderly fashion so that they can be accessed in a practical way. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' First Stipulation of Facts shall be recharacterized as petitioners' Status Report. It is further
