ORDER

JOSEPH ROBERT GOEKE JUDGE

On April 13, 2022, the Court held a telephonic conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and to eliminate confusion, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 19, 2022, respondent will submit to petitioners' counsel a document listing the adjustments as outlined in respondent's email to Ms. Vonada on the afternoon of April 13, 2022. The parties are to confer and discuss that list, and petitioners' counsel should reference the specific pages in the exhibits that they rely upon in their rebuttal by reference to each adjustment. The parties are to submit to the Court at calendar call on April 25, 2022, the information as outlined above. It is further

ORDERED that on or before April 19, 2022, respondent is to provide to petitioners' counsel a complete copy of the administrative file except the documents for which respondent claims privilege, if any. Any such claim of privilege should be set forth in specificity in a privilege log provided to petitioners' counsel and the Court on or before April 19, 2022.
