On April 30, 2024, respondent (the Commissioner) filed a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene. No certificate of service showing service of the notice on the non-petitioning spouse, Anita Cox, is attached.

In view of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 9, 2024, respondent shall file a Certificate of Service demonstrating that the above-referenced document has been served on the non-petitioning spouse, Anita Cox. Respondent is advised that it is not necessary to refile the Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene.
