DUANE MORLEY COX, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On June 16, 2023, petitioner filed a document entitled "Request for Conference; Jury Trial Requested." This document does not comply with the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. Moreover, the Tax Court does not hold jury trials and petitioner's request does not indicate that he has attempted informal discovery communication with respondent's counsel in satisfaction of the Court's procedures.

Upon due consideration, it is ORDERED that, to the extent petitioner's Requests are intended as motions, such motions are denied.

The Court's Rules of Practice and Procedure are available on the Court's website at https://ustaxcourt.gov/rules.html or by ordering a copy from the Clerk's Office.
