On October 4, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that a basis for settlement had been reached and requesting additional time to submit a proposed stipulated decision. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on October 31, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before November 7, 2022, file a stipulated decision or joint status report. It is further
