Cox v. Colvin

1 Citing case

  1. Washington v. Saul

    Case No. 20-cv-662 (APM) (D.D.C. Jun. 18, 2021)   Cited 4 times

Defendant is right to observe that such a tactic-using Plaintiff's subjective statements to undermine objective evidence used to assess the credibility of Plaintiff's subjective statements-has a circular quality to it. See Def.'s Mot. at 23 (citing Cox v. Colvin, No. 14-1199, 2015 WL 5579603, at *4 (N.D. Ala. Sept. 23, 2015)). At most, Plaintiff shows that the record is susceptible to more than one interpretation, and where that is the case, deference is given to the ALJ.
