MEMORANDUM OPINION

This appeal is from the trial court's March 20, 2023 summary judgment order.
Because the trial court vacated the order during its plenary power, we instructed appellant that we would dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction unless appellant provided grounds not to do so on or before June 2, 2023. As of today's date, appellant has not provided a response or otherwise communicated with the Court. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal. See Garcia v. Salinas, No. 04-19-00677-CV, 2020 WL 1037888, at *1 (Tex. App.-San Antonio Mar. 4, 2020, no pet.) (dismissing appeal for want of jurisdiction where trial court vacated appealed order); TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a), (c).
JUDGMENT
In accordance with this Court's opinion of this date, the appeal is DISMISSED.
It is ORDERED that appellees HIGHLAND HOMES-DALLAS, LLC AND BLUE STAR ALLEN LAND, L.P. recover their costs of this appeal from appellant COVENANT CLEARINGHOUSE, LLC.
