DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to settle record on appeal.

Motion by appellant-respondent for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Cross motion by respondents-appellants to dismiss appeal of appellant-respondent or, in the alternative, for extension of time to perfect cross appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to settle the record on appeal is denied, without costs, as unnecessary as a stipulated record on appeal has now been filed with the Court, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the appeal is deemed timely perfected, and it is further

ORDERED that cross motion to dismiss is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion for alternative relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time of appellants-respondents to file and serve their brief, which shall contain the points of argument on the cross appeal, is extended to April 28, 2014.
