DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant-respondent for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Cross motion by respondents-appellants to dismiss appeal of appellant-respondent or, in the alternative, for extension of time to perfect cross appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal of appellant-respondent is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time to perfect appeal is extended to February 28, 2014, and it is further

ORDERED that the cross motion to dismiss the appeal or for alternative relief is granted, without costs, to the extent that the time of respondents-appellants to file and serve their brief, which shall contain the points of argument on the cross appeal, is extended to March 31, 2014.
