This case is calendared for Phase 2 of trial at the Court's special session in Seattle, Washington, beginning April 29, 2024. By Order served April 12, 2024, we granted petitioner's Motion for Leave in that we would set this case for a Phase 3 of trial via Zoomgov for the limited purpose of taking petitioner's testimony remotely. Following the issuance of that Order, the Court received confirmation that a court reporter and trial clerk are available for a two-day remote trial beginning Monday, October 21, 2024.
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is calendared for Phase 3 of trial at a two-day remote special session of the Court starting at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time (1:00 p.m. Eastern time) on Monday, October 21, 2024, set for administrative purposes in Seattle, Washington. During this session the Court will hear the testimony of petitioner. The remote proceeding will be conducted via Zoomgov. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall issue a Notice of Remote Proceeding to the parties that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding.
