On September 1, 2021, respondent filed a Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories. By Order served on the parties on September 8, 2021, the Court directed petitioners to file a response to the motion and petitioners filed their response on September 28, 2021. Petitioners state in their response that they have now responded to all of the interrogatories requested by respondent, and petitioners also have now produced all documents in their possession and control responsive to respondent's requests for production of documents. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Compel Responses to Interrogatories filed September 1, 2021, is denied as moot.
