For the reasons stated in the companion case of A. Sam Coury v. William J. Moss, et al., 613 So.2d 272 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1992), our docket Number 91-870, and handed down this day, we reverse and set aside the judgment of the trial court herein dated March 4, 1991, and the case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. The costs of this appeal are assessed to defendants and movants.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
