This case was consolidated for trial and appeal with a companion suit, Coury v. Coury Moss, Inc. William J. Moss, 510 So.2d 1316 (La.App. 3d Cir. 1987), also decided on this date.

For reasons assigned in the aforesaid case, the judgment appealed from in the instant suit is reversed and remanded. Costs of this appeal are taxed to William J. Moss.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
