Plaintiffs having moved, pursuant to CPLR 5704(a), for review of the order, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 13, 2020, which declined to sign their Order To Show Cause, and upon such review, to have a Justice of this Court issue their Order To Show Cause, striking defendant's answer or, in the alternative, the affirmative defenses set forth in that answer, and awarding plaintiffs costs and attorney fees,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is ordered that the motion is denied without prejudice to further proceedings in Supreme Court. Entered: December 10, 2020
