In an action for injunctive relief, order confirming report of an official referee, which fixed the amount of damage sustained by defendant by reason of an injunction pendente lite, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur. [See post, p. 823.]
