This matter coming to be heard on Motion of Plaintiff for the entry of an Order dismissing this action with leave to reinstate, counsel for Plaintiff appearing, the Defendants having entered into a payment plan to repay the arrearage in this mortgage foreclosure, and the Court being fully advised:

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:

1. That this matter is dismissed with leave to reinstate within 90 days of the default in the event that the Defendants default on said payment plan.
