Respondent having applied for permission to file an oversized brief on the appeals taken herein from an order and judgment and an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered March 5, 2019, and March 7, 2019, and for permission to attach certain addendums to the brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the application insofar as it seeks to file an oversized brief, including permission for respondent's "questions involved" to exceed two pages, is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the application is otherwise dismissed, and

It is further ORDERED that respondent's time to file and serve a brief has been extended to May 21, 2020.
