This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2023, Tampa, Florida, trial session.

On March 17, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. In the motion, respondent states that petitioner has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration of respondent's motion and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 3, 2023, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, filed March 17, 2023. Failure to file an objection may result in the Court granting respondent's motion.
