Enhanced Penalty.

The question presented being the same as that discussed in Cause No. 21329 Cothran v. State (page 414 of this volume), for the reasons therein stated cause is reversed and remanded.

Appeal from County Court of San Saba County. Hon. J. B. Harrell, Judge.

Appeal from conviction for violating the local option law.

Reversed and remanded.

The opinion states the case.

The question presented in this appeal is exactly the same as that discussed in Cause No. 21,329 by the same appellant in an opinion of this date (page 414 of this volume). For the same reasons the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the cause remanded.
