Motion for order directing the pro hac vice admission of Michael D. Mulvaney, Esq., Christopher C. Frost, Esq. and Prim F. Escalona, Esq., attorneys for the state of Alabama, pursuant to section 520.11(a)(1) of the Rules of the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and Michael D. Mulvaney, Esq., Christopher C. Frost, Esq. and Prim F. Escalona, Esq. are admitted pro hac vice for the purpose of representing defendant upon the appeal.
