PRESENT:

Petitioner having moved for reargument of this Court's order entered September 22, 2020, denying a motion for permission to proceed as a poor person for the purpose of commencing a CPLR article 78 proceeding in this Court, and for other relief, and

dismissing the petition unless the requisite filing fee was paid within 120 days of date of that order,

Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied.
