The plaintiffs' petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 155 Conn.App. 905, 109 A.3d 552 (2015), is granted, limited to the following issue:

“Did the Appellate Court properly affirm the trial court's dismissal of the complaint for failure to comply with General Statutes § 52–185 ?”

EVELEIGH, J., did not participate in the consideration of or decision on this petition.
