DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for extension of time to perfect appeal.

Motion by respondents B & J Supermarket Corporation and Paramount Insurance Company to vacate decision and order of this Court entered November 26, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to March 8, 2019. It is noted that no further extensions of time will be granted absent an unanticipated and extraordinary excuse for the delay, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to vacate the decision and order of this Court entered November 26, 2018 is denied, without costs.
