This case was called and recalled from the calendar of the Court's September 18, 2023, Boston, Massachusetts, trial session. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard. At recall, counsel Audrey Patten from the Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School, appeared and filed an Entry of Appearance for petitioner. Both parties verbally agreed and made an oral Motion for Continuance. After due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that the parties' oral Joint Motion for Continuance is granted, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 17, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report informing the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
