ORDER

Christian N. Weiler Judge.

This case is calendared for trial on the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session. Respondent filed a Motion for Summary Judgment on August 26, 2021. Petitioner filed a Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response to the Motion for Summary Judgment on October 4, 2021. The Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time on October 14, 2021. During the call, petitioner orally moved for a Motion for Continuance and respondent stated that he did not object to the Continuance of Trial or to the Motion for Extension of Time.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's October 25, 2021, Denver, Colorado remote trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response to respondent's Motion for Summary Judgment is hereby granted in that the time within which petitioner shall file his response, is extended to October 29, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
