Because the issues appellant seeks to raise were not preserved for appellate review, see § 924.051, Fla. Stat. (1997); Jordan v. State, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D2130 (Fla. 3d DCA Sept. 16, 1998), the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
