This is a proceeding under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), in which appellant has filed a pro se brief. Because the issues appellant seeks to raise were not preserved for appellate review, see § 924.051, Fla. Stat. (1997); Jordan v. State, 23 Fla. L. Weekly D2130 (Fla. 3d DCA Sept. 16, 1998), the judgment and sentence are affirmed.
