Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition to the motion for a stay pending appeal, it is

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Rose, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs, only to the extent that no final order of adoption shall be made during pendency of the appeals, and said motion in all other respects denied.
