ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and a joint brief in case Nos. 524630 and 524781 and a joint brief in case Nos. 524711 and 524979, and it is further

ORDERED that the applications for an extension of time to perfect the appeals are granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to September 4, 2017.
