An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 2, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And defendants-respondents having moved to enlarge the record on appeal to include the transcript of oral argument of the underlying motions, to extend the time to serve and file a respondents' brief, and for other relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
