CASE, for negligence. The defendants excepted to the denial of their motion for a nonsuit.

William F. Nason and Edwin G. Eastman, for the plaintiff.

Worcester, Gafney Snow, for the defendants.


No attempt has been made to sustain the exception. The evidence was sufficient to warrant a verdict for the plaintiff.

Exception overruled.

BLODGETT, J., did not sit: the others concurred.
