On January 17, 2023, petitioner filed an imperfect petition written in Spanish. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 5, 2023, petitioner shall file a proper Amended Petition, written in English only, setting forth (1) clear and concise statements of each and every error that petitioner allege was committed by the Commissioner in the determination of deficiency for 2019, and (2) clear and concise lettered statements of the facts on which petitioner base those assignments of error. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to the copy of this Order served on petitioner a form that petitioner may use to file a proper Amended Petition.
