Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge.

On August 5, 2021, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the filing fee in this case, and this case was closed. On September 7, 2021, the filing fee was submitted. For cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered in this case on August 5, 2021, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file a proper amended petition, is extended to October 1, 2021. If, by October 1, 2021, no amended petition is received, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
