On November 8, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report and attached to the report as Exhibit A, a copy of the Supplemental Notice of Determination Concerning IRS Collection Actions under Internal Revenue Code Sections 6320 or 6330 issued to petitioner on July 11, 2024. Respondent states in the report, among other things, that the parties have discussed options to resolve this case based on the supplemental notice of determination but have not yet been able to reach an agreement. The parties request this case be restored to the general docket to be calendared for trial on a subsequent San Diego, California, trial session. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is longer retained by the undersigned, and this case is restored to the general docket.
