By order entered February 2, 2017, the Court abated these cases to allow the trial court to conduct a hearing to determine the status of appellant's representation. Appellant's counsel has now tendered a brief. To expedite the resolution of these appeals, we VACATE that portion of the February 2, 2017 order requiring the trial court to conduct a hearing and make findings.

Appellant's brief received by the Clerk on April 3, 2017 is DEEMED timely filed on the date of this order.
