ORDER

PER CURIAM

On January 12, 2024, this Court filed the trial court findings. Per the trial court's findings, Appellant has not been denied effective assistance of counsel and Appellant is indigent. The trial court recommends that appellate counsel not be removed.

Therefore, the Court REINSTATES the appeal. John Michael Lamerson will remain as counsel for the appellant, Jerry-Jacob James Corona. The motion for dismissal and appointment of appellate counsel is DENIED. The State's brief and Appellant's pro se response is now due March 2, 2024.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
