This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. By Order served January 18, 2022, the case was stricken from the January 24, 2022, trial session and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction. On January 13, 2022, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 12) together as one document. By Order served January 18, 2022, the Proposed Stipulated Decision and Settlement Stipulation was stricken from the record. The parties were directed to file a proper Settlement Stipulation and a separate Proposed Stipulated Decision.

On February 4, 2022, the parties filed a separate Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 14) and Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 15). On February 14, 2022, the parties filed a third Proposed Stipulated Decision (Doc. 16) and Settlement Stipulation (Doc. 17) to correct an error in the February 4, 2022, documents. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision together with the Settlement Stipulation (Docs. 14 & 15) filed February 4, 2022, are stricken from the record in this case.
