ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge

This case is currently set for trial during the Court's January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session. ORDERED that, on or before February 14, 2022, the parties shall file a proper Settlement Stipulation and attach thereto the Statement of Account (Form 3623) and a separate Proposed Stipulated Decision. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the January 24, 2022, Houston, Texas, remote trial session and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on January 24, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned judge.
