ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on March 14, 2022, for cases in which Louisville, Kentucky, is the place of trial. On February 18, 2022, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, indicating therein that petitioners' views as to the granting of respondent's motion are unknown.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 11, 2022, petitioners shall file a response to respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute filed February 18, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute filed February 18, 2022, is set for remote hearing on Monday, March 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. (ET). Petitioners are advised that failure to comply with this order or failure to appear at the remote hearing on March 14, 2022, may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioners. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach to this order a copy of the notice setting case for trial that was previously issued in this case on October 21, 2021.

This order constitutes official notice to the parties.
