This case was tried from March 21 to 23, 2023, in Cleveland, Ohio. At the end of trial the briefing schedule was set, with the parties' simultaneous answering briefs due August 7, 2023. On August 7, 2023, respondent filed, at docket entry #82, a document captioned "Seriatim Reply Brief." Respondent subsequently submitted, at docket entry #84, an identical document correctly captioned as his "Simultaneous Answering Brief."
In consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that the document captioned "Seriatim Reply Brief," filed August 7, 2023, at docket entry #82, is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case.
