The trial court's order denying supersedeas bond is reversed and the cause remanded for a new hearing. If the court then denies release, it must state in writing its reasons for denial in accordance with Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.691(b). Younghans v. State, 90 So.2d 308 (Fla. 1956).
