ORDER

Patrick J. Urda Judge

This case was previously set for trial at the Court's session scheduled to begin in Chicago, Illinois on May 18, 2020. Due to concerns about COVID-19, the trial session was canceled and this case was assigned to the undersigned.

On June 7, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report and stipulation of settled issues. In the status report, they indicated that the stipulation of settled issues resolves all issues in this case. They ask for 60 days to finalize decision documents, and we will grant that request. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that, on or before August 9, 2021, the parties shall submit a proposed stipulated decision document to the Court.
