George S. Smith, for Appellant. Shelly Kintzel, for Respondents.

George S. Smith, for Appellant.

Shelly Kintzel, for Respondents.

Before Division Three: Victor C. Howard, Presiding Judge, Cynthia L. Martin, Judge and Gary D. Witt, Judge

ORDER

PER CURIAM:

Marie-Helen Cormier appeals the judgment of the Boone County Circuit Court granting summary judgment against her and dismissing her cause of action with prejudice. She argues in four points on appeal that the trial court erred because it misapplied law, overlooked her evidence, and misread her petition. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
