ORDER

Daniel A. Guy, Jr. Special Trial Judge

On September 22, 2021, respondent filed a status report and informed that the Court that (1) petitioner Martin D. Corliss passed away after the petition in this case was filed, and (2) the parties agree that there is no deficiency due from nor overpayment due to petitioners for the year in issue. The undersigned held a conference call with counsels for the parties on September 27, 2021.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Martin D. Corliss, Deceased, and Jane T. Corliss, Petitioners v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's remote trial calendar for Boston, Massachusetts, scheduled to be called on October 18, 2021. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 26, 2021, the parties shall file appropriate motions leading to entry of decision or a proposed stipulated decision. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction over this case is retained by the undersigned.
