ORDER

Alina I. Marshall, Judge.

This case is calendared for an in-person trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 13, 2023, in Baltimore, Maryland.

On January 20, 2023, the parties filed a status report representing therein that the parties have reached a basis of settlement. On January 26, 2023, the Court conducted a conference call with the parties, during which the parties requested additional time to obtain computations and to file a signed proposed stipulated decision with the Court.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 13, 2023, Baltimore, Maryland, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 27, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
