ORDER


Pro se Petitioner Corneal Cordon's request for a thirty day extension of time to file an affidavit in accordance with our December 17, 2002 Order is hereby GRANTED. The Petitioner should submit his affidavit on or before February 18, 2003. If the Petitioner needs another extension of time to comply with our December 17, 2002 Order, he should again send us a written request for such an extension and inform us of his reasons for asking for the extension as well as how much additional time he may need to comply with that order.
