AFTER REMANDMENT


In compliance with the direction of the Supreme Court of Alabama in Ex parte Corbitt, 468 So.2d 92 (Ala. 1985), reversing 453 So.2d 6, rehearing denied 461 So.2d 57, this cause is remanded to the circuit court with directions to hold an evidentiary hearing on Corbitt's petition for writ of habeas corpus.

REMANDED WITH DIRECTIONS.

All the Judges concur.
